- Holder benefit. Standard reward split is 80%. Qualified $PROPH holders are eligible for an enhanced split, up to 85%. Eligibility criteria apply. Criteria: $PROPH terms.
- Token trading fees. 70% of $PROPH trading fees collected by the protocol fund $PROPH buybacks and burns.
- Protocol revenue. Up to 30% of PropHood’s protocol revenue funds $PROPH buybacks. 30% is a maximum: the actual allocation may vary. Burns apply to the token-fee mechanism only.

Open positions count. If equity reaches or falls below either loss floor, positions close and the challenge fails.
Risk limits
Daily loss limit. Every day at 00:00 UTC the engine records your balance. Your daily floor is that balance minus 3%. Equity, open positions included, may not reach it during the day.
Example · $25k challenge, day one: balance $25,000 → floor $24,250. If the next day starts at $25,600, the floor becomes $24,832. The threshold moves with the balance recorded at 00:00 UTC.
Max drawdown. A single floor set once from the starting balance, 6% below it. It stays there whatever your peak.
Example · $25k challenge: floor $23,500 for the whole challenge. $10k → $9,400 · $50k → $47,000 · $100k → $94,000.
Breach. If equity is equal to or below either floor, even for a single price update, all positions are closed at the live bid or ask and the challenge fails. Limits are checked on every price update and at least once per second.
Profit target
The target is 10% above the starting balance. When equity reaches it, all positions are closed. The challenge is passed if the realized balance after closing is still at or above the target; otherwise the evaluation simply continues.
Example · $10k → $11,000 · $25k → $27,500 · $50k → $55,000 · $100k → $110,000.
Balance & equity
Balance is your realized balance: it changes with closed trades, fees and funding.
Equity is balance plus the open profit or loss of your positions, valued at Lighter's mark price. Every limit and the target are measured on equity, so open positions count.
Example · balance $25,000 with a position $300 in profit → equity $25,300.
Execution & costs
Market orders fill at the live best ask (buy) or best bid (sell). Limit orders fill at their price once the market reaches it.
Stop loss and take profit trigger on the mark price and fill at bid or ask.
Fees: 0.02% taker on market, stop and take-profit fills; 0% maker on limit fills. Funding is charged every hour, mirroring Lighter's rate (positive rate: longs pay).
Leverage up to 10x, never above the market's own cap on Lighter. Minimum order value $10.

How do I start a challenge?
Through the trading app: connect your wallet, pick a size and start trading at live prices. During early access the app is invite-only, and the first 25 challenges are on us.

Is the challenge simulated? And the funded account?
The challenge runs on a simulated account: virtual balance, live Lighter prices. You never deposit trading capital and never risk more than the entry fee. The funded program trades capital provided by PropHood, up to $100,000, under the program terms.
How much capital can I unlock?
Challenges come in four sizes: $10k, $25k, $50k and $100k of simulated balance. The size you pass is the size of your funded account, up to $100,000 in trading capital.
Which markets can I trade?
The active perpetual markets of Lighter on Robinhood Chain: crypto, US equities and ETFs, commodities and pre-IPO names. The list on this page is the live list from the feed.
How do the daily loss and drawdown limits work?
Both are measured on equity, open positions included. The daily floor is your balance at 00:00 UTC minus the daily loss percentage; the drawdown floor is either fixed (static) or follows your highest balance (trailing). If equity is equal to or below either floor, the account is closed. Full formulas are in the rules.
What does a challenge cost?
The first 25 challenges on the platform are on us. After that the entry fee is one-time, paid in USDG from your wallet on Robinhood Chain, and depends on the size: $150 for $10k, $275 for $25k, $499 for $50k and $999 for $100k.
What happens when I pass?
Your evaluation closes as passed. Traders who pass join the funded waiting list in the order they qualify; funded accounts are opened from that list, with no identity verification.Your funded account is opened with no identity verification.
How are profits shared?
Funded traders keep 80% of eligible profits, paid onchain in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Qualified $PROPH holders can reach up to 85%. Payout schedule is part of the program terms.
